Shout Out to Blue Compass RV Auburn Hills! Must begin with Chad, our Saleman who won our trust from the first moments we spent with him. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Sammy, the General Manager, Katie the Sales Manager, then onto Rafal in the Financial Dept. It began to feel like a big family having fun. The day of pick up we met Mark, the Service Manager, and Jordan the Technician who went over all details of the RV, and got it ready to pull out in Top fashion! From the beginning of our experience to the end was Great. The only bad thing that happened is that we had to say good-bye for now. Becky glad your feeling better. Thank you so much for a wonderful buying experience! We originally contacted the Auburn Hills location to inquire about a 5th wheel that was listed on their website. Becky answered, and was very straightforward with us about why we wouldn’t want to purchase that one (it had damage and wouldn’t be good for full-timing). She listened to us about what we were looking for and our list of needs, along with our budget. We knew that what we were looking for was a unicorn, but she was patient and said she would look and see what she could find. She called us back a few days later having located a 5th wheel at another Blue Compass location that fits all of our needs and the price was actually below our budget and made it possible for us to add the extended warranty as well. We were also impressed with the finance department at this location. We appreciate the Auburn Hills team for helping us find the right 5th wheel for our family.

From start to finish the sales process was flawless. Huge shout out to our sales rep Chad who went above and beyond and the sales manager Katie for helping me get the best deal. Very knowledgeable staff. The finance guy Rafi was amazing in explaining our packages and really listened to our concerns to make sure we were well taken care of. Back in service Taylor set us up with a backup camera and mark the service manager helped us hookup to our new rig! All in all, it was a great experience and ill be back in the future!
