The management staff is nice and friendly. They are cleaning up the community very quickly from the time they took over. Quite and friendly community of families!
This is an affordable community that is safe and convenient to downtown. Anyone I met with issues about this place or management typically has their own issues and are of the caliber and type that are being asked to step up or move out. Most neighbors keep to themselves and everybody watches out for each other or at least reports back to management when there are real issues in the community. But again the best part about this community is its affordable, safe and convenient to the downtown Nashville scene. No other can compare for the money.
The trailers are to close no privacy at all can see in neighbors windows from your home if wanted to and there's nothing for kids to do it needs a bigger playground because there's plenty of room for one and needs a pool that can b used not one that's been filled in
I'm not a renter here yet but I'd rather set mouse traps then deal with the woman and family's mission on Rosa parks boulevard.... My son and I acquired food poisoning from there and because of that I refuse to return there...
Lot rent is too high, they filled the pool with rocks and dirt so there is nothing for the kids to do The yards are very small, and again, nothing for the kids to do. I think that a cat should be issued to everyone that moves into this mobile home park in order to control the rat and mouse population. The park backs up to fields and a junk yard, so the mice and rats are everywhere. This is NOT a good place to raise your children. There is no security, so this adds to the, already dangerous, situation. If ypu have a choice, don't move into this mobile home park!
