I don’t know where all the positive reviews for this place come from but all you’ll get here is regular rent increases and lease violations hoping you don’t know your rights, read your lease.

If you’re looking for a community that truly feels like home, this place is amazing! The grounds are clean, well maintained, and safe, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive. The residents are friendly, and you can tell people take pride in their neighborhood. The management is professional, helpful, and genuinely cares about everyone living there. Whether you want a peaceful place to relax or a supportive community where neighbors look out for each other, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend visiting you might just find your next home here!

Please do not live here with the new shady management. I was paying rent here at 410 a month in total and was told that the rent was being changed to 415 a month so I thought it was just 5$ more. What they didn't tell us was that it was the base rent was being increased from 315 to 415 a month so they had increased it by 100 dollars without any real notice or full explanation. I don't see why they deserve 100$ more from me when they refuse to do anything about basic upkeep within the park like plowing the roads or fixing the light in mailbox area. When they do upkeep, the only thing they do is mow the lawns and I believe they charge 20-30$ for a lawn that takes less than 10 minutes to cut. They could also attempt to clean the well water issues that has been around since I started living here but still have no real results since. When they do start doing maintenance like excavating my parking area or pruning a tree they will give me zero notice or phone call and I will come back home to see a hole in my parking lot and a pile of rubble in the lawn. I really just want to live here in peace and be left alone don't expect to be living around here real long which kinda sucks since I have zero problems with the neighbors. But the way the management has been treating us is making it real hard for us to stay here.

Virginia the front desk lady was the sweetest. She answered all my questions and did not give me any beat around answers, what we may need to go through the application process, and information about their rent to own program or transfers. Mitch (the maintenance man) was awesome. Such a people person and gave us first hand information on the best schools, closest place to shop, and information about the park! These people know their stuff and is one of the nicest trailer parks I’ve ever seen! Their trailers are all new, beautiful and the people who live there are so nice!

Absolutely the best experience finding a new home.. Thanks to Emma from the first moment speaking with her. She listened to all my needs, worked with me in every way possible & patient while my fiancee and I made our decision. We were approved within 48hrs. She even went above and beyond to make sure I knew days before signing the paperwork there was a deal going on to save me more money for move in. Definitely recommend taking a look at this community and speaking to Emma!
