Sterling RV Park, Parts & Storage

Had made overnight reservations for on the way to South Fork, CO and then our return home. Yes, I read they had a two week window where they offered no refund and we totally get it. All the other sites we reserved at only deducted from our first night September 1st and the destination September 3rd for 5 nights, gave us a full refund. We only found out yesterday that my husband has covid and I've of course have been exposed so we had to cancel our trip. Good customer service from a business business to us means having respect and empathy toward your customers. We will take this in consideration when we reschedule our trip again.

We just love it here . and jane is a great person with a good personality. She made use feel like family we have been here for two months She has been working hard on her park to make it a good place to camp and the price is fair compared to other parks . we will be back . next summer after we leave.

This was a Great Rv Park! Jane was very helpful and accommodating. Full hook ups. Nice, big, level, large gravel sites easy to get into and plenty of room for our jeep in tow. The parts store came in handy even though I’m pretty sure she just left the office she was happy to come back and get us the propane attachment we needed for the cold nights. No laundry but she gave some recommendations for some nice clean Laundry Mattes nearby. We will definitely be staying again next trip through Sterling!

Jane was incredibly accommodating and able to assist us on a last minute reservation when our truck needed repairs. She gave us some great recommendations on what we could do while staying the weekend in Sterling. So happy she recommended Sweetly Vintage and The Hot Spot Smokehouse. We were traveling with our dogs and she even offered to let us use an area of grass next to her building so they could play ball. There is a rural neighborhood directly behind the RV Park with some nice gravel roads for walking. The sites were level and every single person we met while at the RV park and in town were so friendly. There is a nice park really close by for walking, The Pioneer Park. There is a small local airport next door but was not bothersome at all. There was a little trick to hooking up the water but Jane helped us out with that and we in turn helped some of the overnight neighbors set up their water. Would definitely stay again if our travels brought us this way.

We stayed here for about 5 months (March 2021-August 2021) for work and were very pleased. Guests were always super friendly! Jane was awesome with working with us and getting us into a spot in a days notice after changing parks, and working with us on extending stays and changes in plans! The only “issues” that we had -Wifi is spotty depending on what spot you’re in but it’s manageable -very hard water, recommend a water filter If we’re in Sterling again we will definitely be staying here!
