Wonderful experience working with Kylea Ledesma.

Kylea Ledesma at the Storm Lake office is amazing, I asked for help with something and she went out of her way to go take care of it for me right away!!

We need the landlord help we remove the mobile home is old and we don’t have money to fix it. The roof is leaking and water is getting inside the house. It’s not safe but he still dont want to help why he work for the park for what he only help the people he like only that is not fair.....

All of the trailers are like condemnable but they are not livable at all I'm surprised this way seem illegal and then they denied us even going into one of the trailers departed with no explanation of why

Brand new trailer is nice. Landlord is extremely nice and helpful. Just no AC installed. I'd give a 4 or 5 star if the AC was installed. Not hot outside yet but it will be soon. We will be needing the AC soon.
