Grand View Ranch And RV Park

This is a beautiful, scenic facility and Teresa does an amazing job of managing the stable, RV park, and caring for all the horses. The pastures are green and not overgrazed. Easy keepers prone to laminitis are carefully limited on their pasture time and kept in either dry lot paddocks or stalls to prevent founder. The barn has good ventilation, is cleaned daily, and is comfortable in both the summer and winter. Horses receive quality hay baled on site. Clean water is available 24/7. A large arena with good sand footing is a joy to ride in. Trail obstacles are also available to play on with the horses. I have peace of mind knowing that Teresa cares for my horse as her own. The many senior horses (20s and 30s) in excellent condition are proof of Teresa’s exceptional care.

A beautiful ranch style RV Park tucked away in a mountain setting. This was an excellent getaway for us for the for days we were here. Clean bathhouse, unlimited hot showers with no coin, full hookups on each site with wifi and no cable. Super quiet here. Highly recommended if you are looking to unwind and recharge.

This is a wonderful park and the owner, Theresa, is a perfect host. She is very responsive to any questions or concerns, so thank you for creating a peaceful place for RVers nestled in a valley surrounded by ridgelines. We stayed for almost 2 months. Hwy 107 is a little narrow coming in from I26, so just take your time. We will not hesitate to stay here again next year.

I can’t say enough great things about this slice of heaven! It’s very peaceful and clean with some Amazing views. At times you can even see horse riding lessons being given in the arena. My fur baby has also been loving it. Whitney is so kind and helpful, she goes above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met. The bathhouse is always kept clean. Nobody bothers you unless you ask for assistance. They are constantly doing things to improve it to make it better than it already is. The gates can’t be accessed without the code so that has allowed me( a single woman) to feel completely safe. Due to it being in between two high mountain peeks the weather is always cooler on those hot days with a nice breeze. I will let the pictures speak for themselves as far as the beauty. I highly recommend staying here whether you are passing through or are a local wanting a beautiful spot to get away.

We stayed here while attending a weekend event in Johnson City. Beautiful and tranquil. Very clean campground with nice clean bathrooms. The only thing that could be improved would be the shower areas. There is no room to get dressed after your shower except for in the wet shower itself. But that definitely wont keep me from coming back!
