Brigadoon Holiday Park

Thank you to Erim, Michael and all the staff at Brigadoon Holiday Park. We visited the Park in mid Januaery. Our cabin was really clean, spacious and felt very welcoming. The park is looking lovely. Well maintained gardens, family friendly and clean. The little extras things Erin and Michael do and organise like the chocolates and biscuits in yr room are such a nice little touch. We joined in the trivia night and came 2nd. Our prize was a $50 voucher for a Cafe on beach. Pretty good! Erin, Michael and team you guys are doing an amazing job. We had the best time. We can't wait to come back. Thank you again

Great location on the water with room to move kids and animals welcome all year round

New management started last year 2024 not as good as last management as they were fantastic and the staff were so great now 1 staff on and can’t answer phones and replies more than 24 hours later, office today closed at 4pm and lots of empty sites but we paying high premium site fees when not full and last managers peak season finished 17th January now peak finishes end January Caravan couple pulled up front 4.30pm but office closed so said going to find another park as disgusted office closed that early New managers they are Nice people but no staff basically in office to answer a phone when you need them when at home before holiday Nice people here but park is dirty, camp kitchens black huge stains on floors thst could be pressure washed, bench chair rotting, weeds / grass growing all around putt putt, cabins all mould over external walls, it’s just a lot of cleaning needs to be completed as high prices on site fees Xmas so park shouod look nicer as a beautiful park we all love coming here

We have been there often No complaints until this year The place is run down nothing in working order Ladies toilet soap dispensers both broken And they never bothered even to fix either one of them Mens toilet had broken shower heads
