Alderbrook RV Park

Worst ran RV park I’ve come across. The managers clearly have too much time on their hands and like to create drama, it makes it a pain to live. In the last two months we couldn’t go a couple days with peace. The owners are cheapskates and don’t care about anything in the park. My partner moved in mid month and paid rent mid month, suddenly we got a text on the 1st that rent was due in an hour, on a weekday while we were at work. The rules are constantly being changed depending on how the owners and managers feel about you, and suddenly they will change their minds and if not fixed within the day they will threaten to keep your deposit. They didn’t give deposit back for two weeks, after keeping 100$, and they say the normal time it takes to get back is 1 month after move out. Managers also asked my partner to leave a good review because of all the bad ones so I think that itself says enough about them.

I just want to say the staff here is very friendly and they will try to help you with whatever you need if they can. I enjoyed staying here. There is a lot of friendly people here. It is easy to get around for shopping, fast food anything you really need. It is a quiet oriented place. I enjoy being here made some friends. And I'd recommend it to anybody.

We have lived here for 16 months now and love it. The managers John and Tracy are so friendly and helpful. The park is located close to all amenities and their rates are very reasonable.

The park is clean and quiet. Large cedar hedges surrounding the lots for added privacy Bathrooms were clean the manager was very kind and helpful

I've stayed at the park for a few years and never had any problems. I like the location and the park is very quiet.
