Enjoyed my stay. Went for one night mid-august during busy season and then again first week of september. Had a great time both times. I went with just myself and my dog and felt pretty safe. They have a small private beach but it’s nice and peaceful and great having access to the water on a campsite. I called multiple times before booking with questions and they answered all my questions kindly and patiently. Campground is well preserved and looks like they have some events for campers/kids during busier times which is super cute. Heard from 2 other regular campers that they had car trouble in the past and the owners were very helpful and went out of their way to help them out too.

From our 1st stay four years ago, we always go back to Hope Bay at least once a year, often twice. We have a 25ft trailer and every site we have had has been great. The location is so beautiful, the owners helpful and friendly...we love it.

The owner is awesome, and very accommodating, her staff is above the board and will do anything you need and more. Sites are maintained and always clean and ready for the next person checking in. Beach is amazing, almost feels like being in Florida on the keys, just you are in Ontario, and the water is fresh, not salt, and not as warm, lol. Crystal clear water and lots of things to do away from the campsites, thanks Julie for the great hospitality and hope you enjoyed the smoked beef brisket. Mike and Karen site 302 from July 1st to July 6th.

Amazing weekend We had. Was very surprised that we were able to get a site on Canada Day long weekend. The staff was awesome, super friendly and accommodating. The park was clean and organized. We got a tent site and everything was great. Decent size, clean and trimmed. We will definitely be back with the kids next time.
