The potable and flush hoses are the same and can be difficult to access. There is potable water available for drinking and rinse water (non-potable) at this location. To get to the RV dump station, you need to exit at Exit 69 from the North and turn right. Go through the light at Safeway and continue past the Titan Missile Museum on Duval Mine Road. When you see the sign for Animal League, turn right onto Duval Commerce Point. Keep going straight on Duval Commerce Point and take your second left just past Body Start Fitness Center. The RV dump station, called Green Valley Covered RV & Storage Center, will be straight ahead.

A most excellent experience during a time of great stress. It was my great good fortune to deal with June, the manager, even before launching out on a complicated move from Wisconsin to Green Valley. She helped me to navigate through countless complications, not only with getting household effects to storage safely, but also with suggestions, tips and advice to make that transition smoother. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her, though it was many phone conversations before I felt secure about the messy moving logistics. It's so darn rare to even get a person on the end of the line when dealing with any business anymore, nevermind someone who actually seems to care. Honestly, this woman and her expertise are worth her weight in gold. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
June has been one of the most helpful and caring people we have met since moving to Green Valley in late 2025. She runs GV RV & Storage like a tight ship. We love her!!

I first brought my 22 ft travel trailer to Green Valley RV and Self Storage in Jan 2024, and I was charged $134 a month. After a couple months they raised it to $155. Then a few months later it went to $178. Now it is June 2025 and I just got a notification that they're raising it again $208 (these numbers include tax). That is a huge increase in 1.5 years. It is not a covered spot- just a regular parking spot. I'm looking for another facility.
I was stressed working out complex interstate logistics, responsibilities and obligations of work and family, and didn’t know where to start until I met June. Walking me through the best steps and reserving a unit from across the+country June was patient and helpful. Over the next few weeks she called periodically to keep me on track and confirm agreements and dates. On two occasions I had to move the dates back. Junes attitude ?” That’s no problem how can I help?,”. Nothing got to her, nothing bothered her , always happy , helpful and solutions driven , June made my transition and relocation easy , painless and joyful. When I finally met her in person I got the biggest healing hug a girl could ask for ! June’s customer service was unbelievable! In an age when customer care is no longer top priority, June made sure I knew it was hers. While this facility isn’t the least expensive, it was absolutely worth every dime for the incredible care and professionalism and peace of mind that the experience provided. I can’t say enough about this ! “Thank you “ doesn’t seem to adequately describe my heart. My gratitude is deep !
