Salmon Cove Beach

The beach was very nice, clean, sandy as always! The hike was a quite nice surprise! The views at the end were very spectacular! Although some areas fenced off for good reasons, some were not that should have been! However thankfully made for some epic photographs I must say’, the walk down from towards the beach was very relaxing! The way the river feeds into the ocean allows for a mixture of gulls and ducks! Even cooler was the flounder that I almost stepped on, darted away! Very cool indeed! Lots of jellyfish, lions mane and moon jellyfish!

Summer time $3 to visit Free in out of season Gawjus place to put feet in the sand Sandy beach in Newfoundland amazing 🤩 rock sites and Great for family time :) Or a walk for a couple :)

Beautiful!! Nicest beach I have seen in NL. You can pay a $3/person admission fee, and walk in (10 minute walk), or pay $8 per car, and park right next to the beach. It is actually called Salmon Cove Sands, not Salmon Cove Beach.

Beautiful sandy beach. This beach is paid, cash only. In the evening it is possible to use it for free. Next to the beach need a parking and it is very close need a lake. A place worth visiting, I recommend it😍

I really enjoyed this Salmon cove beach. This is one of the nearest sandy beach from st. John's 8$ cash per car entrance (no credit / debit card accepted) Dressing room and washrooms are available.
