I’ve stayed in the cabins a few times with very good experiences for all my friends and family. My birthday is coming up and I wanted to book a six person cabin. I called and the First Lady I spoke with I explained how many people and how we’re all going to split the cabin and we wanted to stay for one night she told me the price and I made sure she had all the details because we’re on a budget and after the reservation was emailed to me I paid for it, later I called back because I noticed it said for 1 guest on the confirmation email, a different Lady answered the phone and said I have to pay $10 more per person after I Explained to her my situation she didn’t care and was not helpful in any way just there policy and said sorry for the misunderstanding I asked for the manager and she rudely said she was the manager. It’s really not that big of deal was just surprised how unprofessional the manager was and rude after a mistake a staff member made. Just disappointed how they handled the situation I will be going somewhere else for my birthday If I were to say anything else, I would say they need to update their TVs. I always bring a fire stick and they are useless with CRT TVs. They could also use a bedding refresh as they are the same comforters from 10 years ago.

Hyatt lake is a great place for all your out door wonders. It produces big fish and plenty of deer in hunting season. The cabins at Hyatt are super cozy clean and a great place to kick your feet up after a long day of ice fishing with the family.

Ive stayed at the cabins, but even when we don't we always grab a bite to eat at the restaurant when we're up that way. Pet friendly and kid friendly. Service is always wonderful and food is super yummy! If you want one of their delicious Saturday night prime ribs, best to preorder/reserve your plate in advance. Great establishment!

Was made feel at home by the people here as a PCT hiker! Food comes out fast! Very reasonable prices. The omelette was great and I even stayed for lunch and got the patty melt. Straight fire. They also went out of their way to get the packers game on for me 2000 miles away from Wisconsin. Nice people, come by.

Went for the free music on a summer Friday evening. The stage and seating outdoors were adequate for the crowd. Snack selection in the resort was good. The meal special was ample and tasted great. Really friendly staff but they maybe needed one more pair of hands to keep up with the customers.
