Lake Motel & Campground

Under Construction 🏗 looking 👌 , Can't wait for New Room. Professional new owner and on site Manager. Not a trailer park, it's a campground. No riff raff. I currently live here since February 2024, hopefully the water , pond clears up.

I'm pleasantly surprised at how charming, peaceful and quiet this place is considering how close it is to the highway! The new ownership has made an obvious impact already and I'm looking forward to seeing the list of improvements going on!! The owner and staff are top notch accommodating friendly ppl and I would absolutely recommend!! 🌟

I love the location very quiet.Little too pricey for me.But the fact that I can have a bomb fire whenever I want almost seals the deal for me

I currently rent a room here weekly, have for about a month. ***Pros.*** Peaceful and quite 2 ponds to fish in Nice t.v.(not smart tv) Cable The owners are super friendly Everyone minds their own business 7 min drive from DT franklin 4 min drive to nearest store's and hospital **Cons(mostly room based)** No internet or wifi The water stinks and not for consumption The fridge is a smaller one There is no kitchenette, so doing the dishes is a hassle. Air conditioning unit is small and old.

They stated that they could not help me only asked my size and if i was a 30amp how rude!! At least give me a chance. They were recommended by alot people drove out to see if they had a spot and was told they dont have room there were spots opened just think they only take people that they know not someone who just calls politely 50 times a year and they still say no wont hear from me nomore.
