I called very late at night after having car issues. They guided me to the campground. I was welcomed , they made sure we were fine and didn't need anything. The following day the staff helped me find a mechanic. I didn't visit everything but the view was nice when we woke up. Restaurant on site for breakfast.
We stayed one night with our RV and had a great stay . Driving through NB ,we called late evening as we needed a place to rest and we were welcomed by Alfred who got us a good spot to rest for the night . We will definitely come back . Our golden had a beautiful walk and run around the fields and he did not want to leave ! Thank you 🙏
Off the main route, scenic highway, reasonably priced. Stopped here on our way to Nova Scotia. Welcomed by the owner, seems like a great guy, interesting individual. Campsite is a large grass field, full hookup with 30 amp service. A bit unlevel but nothing to overcome. Advertised RV sites along the St John river are pretty much all taken up by seasonals. Wi-Fi is only obtained by sitting in the washroom and the available laundry is long gone. We are self contained and traveling, not staying more than one night and all we needed was a quiet place to sleep and that’s what we got. Grass is a bit long and the blackflies were intense for September but the place was great for what we needed
Great Campground with view of Saint John River. Restaurant on location has delicious food in god quantity. Some lots were not level so if your rig needs flat ask beforehand. You can book spots
I would never forgive myself if I didn't come out and make as many comments in as many places as possible about this fantastic Campground. Here I truly found the the legend of the Easterners of Canada, and there honest to goodness hospitality to be the absolute truth. I was welcomed by everyone from the 3 little boys on there bicycles, to the owner with a cup of coffee and sandwiches, to the rest of the campers that invited me to partake in their Victoria Day Celebration with lots of food and merriment. All has been newly rebuilt from a big flood last year, from the restaurant to the pool and play ground for the kids. Great local restaurants and picturesque scenery along the riverside. A must see to believe and enjoy by anyone passing by.
