I have been wanting to hike the Narnia Trail for years now and Loons Point is so close. I was lucky to be able to rent the cabin for a night so I could come up with my husband and hije that trail before having surgery. The service from all staff was great and the campgrpund itself was beautiful. We were able to take our kayaks out and watch the sunset with amazing views (September 14th). Check in and check out was super easy. This is seriously one of the cutest campgrounds I have been to and I definitely plan to come back. I absolutely loved it and the cabin was super cute and very functional. We even arrived in time to watch the lions game in our cabin before exploring. It's not an extravagant campground but to me it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff are amazing and very knowledgeable about the area. Being right on the water is very nice, they have a nice clean beach with a dog area, bathroom and shower area were clean and plenty of hot water. We will come again and encourage our friends and family to join us.

I had a fantastic stay at Loon Point Resort in Cedarville, MI. The staff went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable—during a heat wave, they even installed an A/C unit in all of the cabins after a guest mentioned the heat. I was also given a ride to the boat launch so I could keep both my boat and truck at the site, which made things so much easier. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and do everything they can to accommodate. That said, it’s worth noting that this is a quiet, well-managed campground with clear expectations. By 10:00–10:30 PM, the place is silent—you could hear a pin drop. If you’re looking to stay up late around a fire, have high-energy kids or dogs, or enjoy a louder, more social campground vibe, this might not be the right fit. But if you appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and are respectful of the rules, you’ll likely have a wonderful and relaxing experience like I did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, and professionally run campground with a truly thoughtful staff!

Bring a can opener. The sites are so tight that when the neighbors were outside they might as well be inside our coach. On the plus side they weee actually very pleasant and not extremely loud but when they are sitting within 2 feet of your coach you can hear everything. If it weren’t for that I would give them much higher scores. If you value privacy and reasonable space pass on by as those sites were limited.

The most cramped RV park we have ever stayed at. The RV sites are on top of each other with sewer hoses running in front of adjoining RV units. The sites were so narrow, awnings encroached on neighbors. Zero privacy and we felt uncomfortable lighting a fire due to the proximity of others. We paid for a premium waterfront site but forfeited our last night due to our complete disappointment and dissatisfaction. Never again.
