Ogeechee River Camping Club

Well, we’re not a member of the camping club, but we did put our boat in at Dasher’s Landing. The River is simply beautiful. The thing I like most of that there are plenty of sandbars where you can put up a cabana, bring your beach chairs, your food, and wade in the water. There were some people that had been camping on a sandbar for a week. Plenty of shallow water. The landing is well maintained. $5 cost to park your car. Highly recommend if you like rivers, boating, and swimming.
