Blue River Treatment Plant
About
The RV dump station is located on the east side of the road. To find it, you need to go past the dump basin for about 150 feet. The dump basin will be on the driver's side of the RV. Unfortunately, there is no water available at this location. The dump station is situated 3 miles north of I-70 on Highway 9, also known as Blue River Parkway.

If you need a place to dump your camper, stop here and use their facility. Easy to access and wasn’t a line. However they don’t have water access for non potable or fresh water. Can’t beat $3.00 !
We were so grateful to find this! Only $3 but I left $5. Thank you!
Pros 1. It's $3.00. (Buses pay more) I've heard legends and myths about free dump sites, but never seen one. This is the closest to it. 2. You don't need any adapters and you don't have to fight to hook it up. The hole is a little bigger than necessary, the business end of your dump hose goes into it, and the waste falls down into a running sewer line Cons 1. They have their own hoses for busses to use, but RVs are gonna have to bring their own. Which isn't super optimal because 2. There's no running water to clean up with. You're gonna leave with a mess in there; gotta find a way to clean that on your own. 3. It's cash only. I wasn't prepared for that and I don't carry cash. I do have a little sack of nickels and dimes, however, so all was not lost. Only knocking off one star, though because did I mention it's only $3.00?
We stopped here on Labor Day after camping. You can call and check holiday hours if needed. They did not have water to refil camper but we could dump here for $3.00. It was open until 2:00pm on Labor Day
