We purchased a trailer from Layzee Acres. The whole process was fantastic. The financial guy was a little pushy, trying to gut us to finance the whole purchase when I wanted to pay cash for part of it. Other than that part, the rest of the process was flawless. I would recommend Layzee acres to anyone thinking of purchasing a trailer. We're very happy with our purchase.
Showed up to pick up my slightly used unit and it was in much worse shape then salesmen Will had told me multiple times. Had to wait several hours for unit to return to shop after already waiting 3 weeks. Now after pickup fridge doesn't work due to some unsafe wiring and who knows what else, sewage valves not working resulting in me getting covered in sewage water. Now they will not return my inquiries, have not paid off the loan on my trade in after 2 weeks and still have not ven received the ownership for my new unit. My advice stay away from this unorganized disaster or be prepared for a mess if purchasing a used unit. At this point im so fed up i just want to get my trade in back because it was better condition then this ended up being and since I am still making the payments on it anyway.
Ordered a new Trailer from this dealer late in 2021. The sales process was good and communication with the salesman after providing the deposit was prompt and professional. When the trailer arrived at the dealership the inspection was performed outside in freezing temperatures limiting the ability to test the a/c or any plumbing. Also, found the walkthrough with the technician very limited. He pointed out only the obvious items readily visible to him. Delivery of the trailer was smooth and courteous. The associate performing the delivery was very helpful with any questions left hanging from the inspection. Overall, our trailer purchase experience with Lazy Acres was a good one. Hoping we will be able to say the same for the service experience when the time comes.
