Couple homes were condemed. Standing water, mosquitos everywhere it seemed. Run down. Just a tiny spot. Outside living area. Noise people all hours of the night. Slot people coming & going. Was amazed at pricing etc.

Needs improvement. Standing water everywhere. I'm aware of the rainfall amounts but the drainage system needs work
