Hinton Community Centre & Campground

Was very clean, free firewood in abundance as well as very well kept bathrooms. Security was friendly, and overall the campsite was beautiful and very cozy, plenty of room for 2 tents and a vehicle. The ONLY downside was how often the train was making a racket but other than that this was the full experience.

A pleasant campground. Toilets were clean. Showers good and hot and no extra cost. Site for my small tent was adequate. Great price at $25 a night for the tent.

I thought it was amazing free hot showers and free firewood and the sites are lovely clean the bathrooms were clean I can't complain about anything I really enjoyed it and I will be back! it's the best campground I've been to in a long time.. reading the bad reviews about the train noise don't camp near train tracks..

We recently camped at Hinton Centre campground and we were impressed. My family and I had a great day despite arriving late and in a bit of rain, We found a campsite, easy to access and quickly settled in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we felt welcomed. There was firewood onsite, though we had come prepared with our own, knowing the weather called for rain. The bathrooms and showers were clean, while there were some train noises, it did not bother my family at all. We absolutely recommend this campground to other campers.

Nice little campground, perfect for a 1 night stop. Very clean, heated bathrooms, free firewood. No services available in the campground for RV. There is a Free Dump station, city operated, located outside the campground behind the recreation centre.
