Great place to live. Quiet living and very nice scenery the office staff and The owner are very nice Lenny Ridge 11 has helped me so much .been living here for 31 years . Love it here

Well laid out. Incredible use of space. Easy to find a particular trailer.

Had a family member living there for 1½ yrs. Was comfortable with how the community seems to look out for each other. Some neighbors better than others. A little tight on the roads in there. Management however treated them terribly and still haven't fixed the trailer that was bought, with NO intention to. Maintenance man at move in time (2021) didn't seem sober quite a few times. They are happy though, just wish trailer was fixed as promised.

I grew up here and was there until I was 16. Was a great place to grow up. Owners were wonderful and very friendly. Most of the people were great. You had a few weirdos but so does every place!
