Excellent decision to visit and enjoy this lovely park, which offers many grilling spots. The scenery is beautiful, and the hiking trails are very pleasant. Perfert choice for the the family picnics and camping trips. We will be back sooner than later.
Grass needed mowed. No envelopes to pay for camping. 1 day someone came and collected garbage. Otherwise beautiful quiet park.
Park is very quiet. There is electric hook up at each of the 54 sites. Plenty of outhouse-style bathrooms. Dump station and water fill station. Handicap spots are concrete pads. Plenty of grills and picnic stations. Not the most modern but…hey, you’re camping! Boat dock right on the river. Lots of shade. Relaxing.
It's a nice quiet little Park RVs can camp there people some residents live out there pretty quiet all in all I know they have facilities very limited. I grew up in area and have spent a lot of time there. Also a boat launch, I don't know the hours there or the season I think it ends in September 30th?
Park was not listed on the closed parks list but there was noone around. Electric and water were turned off. Park is nice and small and we enjoyed our stop.
