I'd suggest you keep driving - this RV park is EXTREMELY overprice for what you get - the word "opportunistic" comes to mind, because with such a basic park with no services, $50 ($57 with tax) is outrageous. We would have kept driving ourselves, but we'd had a long day and wanted to stop. What you get is a gravel parking spot. Zero grass. No picnic table. No front office or desk to greet you (you have to call their phone number, and since they serve more than one park, they have to ask what park you want to stay at). No restroom or showers (that we were told about). No WiFi. Dogs were running around loose - both in the park and around the park. And, if that was not enough - this is a city in the middle of nowhere, where land is cheap - so this should have been a $30 park with tax, but no, they wanted $57 for all the little we got. Most of the rigs in this park are people who live here, so there are a lot more permanent residents than people passing through, like us - so again, it was opportunistic to charge that much for this little. The water connection is a Y in a junction box, shared with a neighbor, and the junction box is underground, so my usual filter and regulator wouldn't fit there, and to add insult to this, the cover for the junction box was sitting nearby with a dog poop on top of the box... Seriously, if you get a chance to stay here - don't. They should refund our money. Oh, and when we asked what site we could stay in - they wanted our credit card number before they would tell us the site number... They do also have rooms here (i.e., a hotel?), but we stayed in the RV campground, and that is what we reviewed. Maybe their "hotel" is worth $57, but the RV park - NO WAY! Never staying here again - boondocking is a lot nicer than this! On a good note, there was a nice sunset, although our site had no views of it other than up.

Rooms: Living nearly 6 months here currently in the mini homes they are comforting already come with wifi, microwave, kitchen utensils, couch, 2 bedroom which are pretty small with closets in both room and air conditioning with heating as well and you can even wash your clothes in your home mini home 🏠 because it comes with a washer and dryer. Service: Any repairs or plumbing troubles is done by calling the CM&B main office which is at the cost of a small fee but every affordable. Room service for changing your bedding, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathroom is free but you gotta wake up early in the morning for it, they just ask for any tips at your free will $ doesn't have to be alot but they do a good job. Location: It's very good especially if you have children there's a close by elementary / middle school and a few minute drive for highschool as well many food spots. If your single or married or just with a friend you're surrounded by many close gas stations for those always out or working ⛽ and many food spots 🍟🍕 🍔 🌮 🥗
