Oak Knoll Campground

This place is a nice place the manager there is a wonderful person she is very sweet and kind and will stop whatever she is doing to help u or get what u need to get done

Loved the property. Sites do need some leveling. We were welcomed by Jennifer, a very warm welcome. She showed us around the grounds and all acommodations that are available. Thank you Jennifer for your kindness.

We had the most peaceful stay at Oak Knoll. It’s a quiet campground nestled amongst old oak trees. There are a lot of different birds during the day and a symphony of crickets to lull you to sleep at night. My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful time just hanging at camp and taking strolls around the grounds. There are also a few local camp cats that greeted us each morning. The manager Jennifer and Mike were very helpful when we needed some assistance hooking our camper van up to the sewer. They came over right away and Mike had a tool that got the job done. So grateful for them and for a wonderful vacation at Oak Knoll.

Base Camp at Palomar exceeded our expectations in every way! The owner Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I felt welcome and supported during a challenging time for us. She even arranged for her to have playmates at the neighboring site, which allowed me some me time. The air streamer rv we stayed in was quaint, cozy and clean. The amenities were top-notch - from the movie nights under the stars with the projector to the swimming pool. The whole experience was a rejuvenating one our souls very much needed. Highly recommend this little paradise get away.

We stayed a few relaxing nights last week and had a really nice time. We had originally booked the tiny micro cabin and once we got there realized it might be a bit to small for us. The manager Jennifer went out of her way to find us a different tiny home and we couldn't have been happier. She really took the time to not only make sure we were comfortable,but did it in a really genuine way. We definitely owe it to her for our relaxation.This place does have full time residents and could probably use a little tlc here and there, but was very peaceful. Great stargazing, tons of bird,and not far to the observatory and parks. Has a little game room as well. Mike the maintenance man also was really helpful and on the job! So glad we could finally make it up there and experience the area.
