Very good for parking lots, the privilege is the one that attended me was angry. And the food to very expensive. S2s
I have always enjoyed doing a 10 or 34 here but, the dirt lot has fallen into disarray. The pot holes are now craters and if they are filled with water, be careful. The food is always great. Beetroot are super clean.
We no longer patronize Choctaw because of corporate greed in much higher prices and changes to the rewards program which makes it useless. They've also gotten rid of the only items in the hot box that we would routinely buy. It's a dollar extra per hot link to add cheese for example. Our last pizza was raw and not to order and the staff was extremely rude and refused to cook it completely or do anything to resolve the situation. We've stopped using Choctaw plazas at all. The only reason we stopped is because we were returning from Ada and still had about forty miles to get home plus another thirty to get to another gas station to get gas. We put in only enough gas to get home that night and to the gas station the following day. Again we would not have stopped at all except to avoid running out of gas in a very remote area. We used to spend about $500 monthly at Choctaw primarily for gas but also on food especially the pizza. It's a good price and delicious when it's not raw. But we stopped going about six months ago. My neighbors in our off grid community also refuse to patronize them anymore due to the changes. We've communicated to corporate but they just don't care about customer satisfaction anymore. I guess the casino makes enough to keep them in business but the payout in the casino has also decreased significantly from what I've been told and the rewards prizes are drastically cut in value. One neighbor now drives about 150 miles to other casinos. For this particular store the layout is confusing to get back to the area of the parking lot where you park.
Nice stop. Somewhat small. Restrooms are decent. They have some Native zamerivan items available, hot food, and various other products. The parking lot is a little rough Lots of large truck parking but travel car spots are limited.
Customer Service in the store was amazing. One shorthaired blonde lady, one awesomely friendly guy with gaged earrings, and one younger enthusiastic and friendly gentleman with a bright smile all waited on me at different tones in this stop and let me tell you; I’ve been a Truck driver for 23 years and have never had such friendly service and the food was so amazing that this is now my favorite place anywhere from coast to coast to eat at. all the food looked so good I couldn’t make up my mind so I bought two meals. i have never tasted food outside of home-cooked in my own home, Better tasting than this. I had pork chops and the fish, okra, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the mac & cheese and a peach cobbler and I had to park my semi and go back in to give the cooks props for the best meal I’ve had in 20 years from the cooks Kim and Erika. Thank you so much for the food that was prepared by hand and couldn’t have been better in any five star restaurant. Thank you so much. I will be stopping in again frequently I hope. I may just have to request loads going through here just for the food and friendly faces. not to mention everything was affordable, except the casino lol.
