If I could give zero stars i absolutely would. This place is a NIGHTMARE. There’s bugs, kids in the community running wild, cats all over destroying everything, the list goes on. The property manager TINA is absolutely terrible and rude and doesn’t give a crap about her residents. The office worker, Jami, may be even worse than Tina. Both of them talk to you like dirt on the bottom of their shoes. They charge you for anything they think should be charged for. They’re nothing but liars who wanna rob you. Take my advice and live elsewhere !!

If you have the option to live under a bridge or there l…choose under a bridge. Terrible management, no communication, nothing gets fixed on time or properly. Terrible bug problem in entire park, and that is not an exaggeration. wayyyyy overpriced for the very small 3 bedroom trailers. Please saver your money and look elsewhere where, you will regret it I promise

I just moved into Whistler Cove about a month ago. I really like it here the management team and maintenance team are excellent! I've only had a few minor issues and they were addressed quickly and efficiently. No complaints.

It’s a nice quiet place to live. They’ve been removing a lot of the outdated homes and bringing in newer ones. We live in a newer one. We enjoy doing our part in keeping it clean and presentable, along with adding curb appeal outside the home.

They continue to improve each year. The new Management Company is fantastic and the improvements to the Community have really started to happen! New playground equipment, new Resident Community Center with scheduled activities and available rental, and an improved experience! If you haven't visited in a while, come check it out.
