Had an ensuite site, ensuite was clean and relatively new. The buildings all appeared to be well maintained however, they do need to clean out all of their storm water drains as they all appear to to blocked
Initial impression wasn't great as we arrived on a 42 degree day and were allocated an ensuite site right next to the pool and public amenities block, surrounded by other campers and not a single tree in site. Fortunately a group of our friends had been better prepared and booked powered sites in the much shadier and grassier area at the far end of the park. After a quick chat with the front desk, they were happy for us to relocate at no extra cost as they weren't heavily booked. The public amenities across the whole park were really clean and modern, both pools were very child friendly, although the one at the entry to the park could use some more shade. Jumping pillow and playground a hit. Mismatched numbering on the cabins not a hit. Great water access and Cafe on site. Would visit again if in the area.
Spectacular views. Nearly lost one star due to the size of the park. Only due to the fact it was a bit of a hike to take cassette to the drop point. Clean tidy facilities. A little litter around the water but that is everyones reaponsibility not just the proprietors. Dog friendly. Boat and jet skis welcome. Swimming and paddle boards welcome. Dog loved the swim. The park contained cabins and mixed powered and non powered sites.
Quick one night stay, impressed by the air con huge camp kitchen with lounge & dining areas - with a view of the lake! Huge park, but quiet & peaceful. Very friendly, professional service at check in.
Great for the whole family, some big but plenty of room for all to enjoy
