Pearl River RV & Tiny Home Park

Review is for RV spot not tiny home. No ambiance, but clean and quiet with paved, pull through spots with full hookups. Clean restrooms and showers. Negatives: Wifi poor, despite being given 10 codes only a few worked and would lose signal. Fine for texting but not good enough for email or watching movies. The spots were not long enough for the tow vehicle. There's no grass, instead spots have landscape gravel which isn't meant to be walked on, we both turned our ankles multiple times and there's no picnic benches. It feels like staying in a parking lot you are, lol. **Caution: at the entrance there's a hidden colvert, large boulders, and a metal post hidden by uncutgrass. We didn't take the turn wide enough, we hit them damaging our landing gear and the stake ripped a hole through our floor. Owner told us it had happened to someone else too which is kinda weird one wouldn't put up a guard rail or other visible marker, or cut the grass so the hazard could be seen. We now have thouands of dollars of repairs which blew out our 'affordable' trip which was quite devestating. Frustrating knowing how easily it could be marked as other campgrounds do.

This is a great stop. Casinos across the street. They offer a shuttle pickup right at your rv. I'm a little late posting this but we were there in April and June while traveling thru. William is absolutely a wonderful host! He has great stories and very helpful on rv tips. First time there, we were new at rv'ing and he has so much knowledge. Would help you with anything. He keeps it so clean. It's very quiet and safe. William is good about watching everything. Concrete pads and river rocks, he literally checks for weeds everyday. Bathrooms and laundry which I didn't use. Tiny homes available too if you don't have an Rv. We have stayed at least 4 times enjoy it each time. Will stay here again. If you want a quiet, safe, clean place you should stay here.

Very clean place, friendly helpfull owner, Willam knows "customer service". Will let him tell you how great stories. Quiet park while we water there. CleanI Understand thete it's lots of gravel, for a low maintenance park. It is surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Not for children really. No amenities other than the showers which I did not try but I imagine they're quite clean like the rest of the park. The casinos across the street sometimes has many great entertainers so look for booking a stay during those times.

Pearl Ri er RV and Tiny Home Park is right behind Golden Moon Casino. It is very nice and well set up. The Tiny houses are air conditioned and fully furnished with a washer and dryer. The RV slabs and big and have water, electric and sewer hookups. The owner and his brother live in a Tiny House year around. He came and hungout and partied with us. I was there a motorcycle club anniversary weekend. We grilled and fried fish. Nice environment. Great little getaway spot. We'll be back.

This is the best ever for small families. Very clean, quiet and cute. Feels like home away from home. Free shuttle to the water park, right across from the casino and close to all the restaurants. You can cook, and wash clothes just like you're at home. There is a beautiful front porch to just sit and enjoy family time. We stayed in number 10 and the 2nd room has bunk beds and the bottom bunk is a full size. This stay was more than a 5 star. It's a 10🥰🥰🥰
