It's quaint, everyone is very friendly and everyone looks out for each other. Nice place. It's nice to live in a community where your neighbors are so kind!

It could be much better. There's no amenities, no on-site management. You'll have all you bring with you, an electrical pedestal, water spigot, and a mailbox.

It's a little ruff looking but no one really bothers any one and the rent is cheap. The location is great as far as being in the country but very close to main roads leading to the city.

Park has been cleaned up. Facelift on the larger mobile homes. Great place to live.

This Place is trashy, has drugs, and just recently a woman that lives there was running from the cops. It is a very scary place and dangerous, it honestly needs to be shut down, has trash all over the place, starving animal's around, and the area smells, people partying into the late hours of the night, it is extremely over priced as well. There are a lot of nicer places for the exact same price, also the owner is extremely rude
