Hawkins Creek Campground

We came looking to try something new and do a camping trip. Immediately upon coming to the office was a Trump flag. I assumed businesses kept things neutral but this is apparently a privately opened establishment. I already knew and my family were not welcome nor safe there. Try again somewhere else.

We live here year round, quiet scenic, family atmosphere, reasonable rates, all electric, water, WiFi and cable included in monthly rate.

Reliable camp ground. There are a couple of small lakes and a river in the back. Trailer rent is really low and affords all amenities.

Hawkins Creek Campground is a very nice community. It is affordable and comes with amenities like Internet, fishing ponds and nature trails. I highly recommend. Note: for the safety of everybody there is a 10mph speed limit that is strictly enforced.

Very nice and hospitable owner and staff. We were given a lovely plot of land to pitch our tent on at the last minute due to leaving a separate campground. Encountered very nice residents during the short stay. Only reason for a 4 star review is that there was never any toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Other than that - I’d highly recommend.
