Stayed in a chalet with a friend and my dog. Very friendly staff on arrival and more than willing to help but that’s about as good as it gets. The chalet is very dated. First thing I noticed was the tiled flooring was very cracked and broken and didn’t look as though it had even been swept as it was covered in dog hair from a previous guest. The walls have holes and reminded me of an 80’s mining camp donga with the marks on the walls. Things don’t get much better at all. The cutting board in the kitchen was broken in 2 pieces and we couldn’t light 2 burners on the gas stove. I could have written a book on what has to be done to bring the place up to a reasonable standard but I will spare you the details. The outside table wasn’t even wiped down🙁 Was the place worth $170 per night? Definitely not
Stayed a few times, camp spots are good. Clean showers and toilets. Staff are super friendly Good cooking and cleaning facilities. Rooms are basic but clean and reasonably priced. Again the staff are super friendly and helpful
Had a cabin. Staff was absolutely amazing after I had to rebook. Lucky I was up for work tho and had to be up early anyway because the neighbours dog barking sometimes from 430am onwards was not that great to wake up too. Apart from that can't really fault it as I was gone early and came home late every day
We used the overflow at the beginning of the school holidays when everything was booked. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the overflow was a pleasant grassed area with heaps of room. Also clean facilities and hot showers :)
Nice quiet friendly park with helpful staff. A big thank you to Steve who spent a good part of his day repairing a water leak under our sink. Refused any payment. Very helpful in giving information especially about the wreath flowers and wildflowers.
