We enjoyed our 3 nights here. Small but quite private campsite right beside/overlooking the ocean. Bathrooms are fine, and there is hot water available outside for you to take back to your campsite. Great spot if you need to camp in this part of the island. Lots of families use the trailer areas, children playing happily in the provided playground. Great beach to walk along, sit on or take your kayak out for a paddle.
An amazing campground! Most of site facing the ocean and sunrise! The staffs are very friendly, the toilets and showers are clean and comfortable! I absolutely love there and will be back again, since I love the feeling of opening the tent and see the sunrise! Last time two days cloudy……
Very nice campground. Open, but fairly spaced apart. Fantastic ocean view from some of the sites. The staff is very friendly. All the amenities were clean and kept well. It is very exposed to the ocean, which means a great view and walks right from your campsite to the beach, but it also means heavy, strong winds.
We had a wonderfull stay here. The staff were friendly and the sites are large and very nice. The bathroom and shower were extremely clean and large. Walk along the beach for almost 2 km and we got to see some bald eagles to the left of the beach near the forest. Wow.
Not sure why there are no reviews on this park, so making a quick post! We came here for the eclipse, so we did not see it in its summer glory! However, it seems to be a great place for camping or a nice stop on your travels where you can relax and enjoy the ocean! There are washroom facilities and outdoor showers (which i assume are open in the summer). Numerous picnic tables as well, it’s a pretty spacious park and there seems to be sufficient parking! You can walk down to the beach, or sit inside the park and maybe grill some hotdogs on a camp burner! For what it is, it is a nice spot to chill out and take a break, especially if you’ve been driving along the North Coastal Cape all the way to the tip!
