Rest Area - Beaumont

Great view and has piknik tables, very accessible, camper waste site. OTR drivers have lots of maneuvering space. Basic toilet and sink, no shower! Has always been quiet but enough traffic we feel safe here. Probably been here 20x.

We used the RV dump station. It was clean and operated well. The bathrooms are neat and clean. There are a couple covered shelters. Good stop.

Nice clean,free dump station and fresh water for RVs. Unfortunately the truckers ruin it for everyone. Engine all all night, so no one else can rest ...

This rest area is small and has a couple of stalls of restrooms inside an air conditioned shelter. The restrooms are stocked with soap, toilet paper and hand dryers. There's a couple of sheltered picnic tables scattered throughout the grassy part but not a lot of shady area. Inside the bathroom the sink had a couple of dead bugs and was pretty wet but overall the bathroom was pretty clean This would be a good spot to take a break from your drive and go to the bathroom. I'm not sure I'd want to spend any more time hanging out here.
