Phoenix RV Park

One of the BEST RV PARKS we’ve ever stayed at! We have been traveling full time for the past 2 years and this park is one of the top places. Melanie, Rob and Don do well managing the park. New washers and dryers and upgraded sprinkler system in just this year. Everyone at the park is friendly and helpful. Great place to call home.

This place is a great place with super friendly staff! Everything is so convenient, shopping, the gym! Two laundry sites located at each end of the park. They also have showers at each end of the park. Everyone here is very friendly and there are 3 dog parks! Everyone is very happy to meet your pooch🐶 or kitty 😺 Very well kept with nice landscaping and picnic tables on your site. Nice place that we call home !

I would recommend Phoenix RV park to anyone looking in Salem. The 2 laundry rooms have brand new washer/dryers. There's exercise equipment and access to books/puzzles/dvd's to borrow on the rainy days. I have lived in this park for 21 months now with my wife and our four legged fluffy boy. As a same sex couple I can say it matters where we rest our heads and this park has been one of the safest we have felt. I cannot leave a review without talking about the manager and maintenance staff, they are the most friendliest of people and always try their best to help with any issue in any way they can, even going beyond their job description. The residents have become dear friends of ours and welcomed us into this community. The manager, Melanie, has created a warm welcoming environment for everyone and has lead by example in creating a community. I moved over from Ireland a few years ago and this was the first place i felt a sense of belonging and that is all down to the residents and staff. If you are looking for a place in Salem for short or long term stays do not hesitate to book in here. It's so close to all the stores and while it looks like it's in a busy area as soon as you enter the park it's a beautiful oasis with all the trees and plants. It's also very dog friendly and my rescued boy has made so many friends.

We absolutely loved our time at Phoenix RV Park hands down one of the best RV parks we’ve ever stayed at! We lived here for over a year and a half, and it truly felt like home. First off, the property manager is absolutely amazing! She runs the park so fairly and fabulously, and she’s genuinely involved in the community. She takes the time to really get to know the residents (and even all the kids!). Our kids always felt so special and knew they could turn to her for anything that kind of care is rare and so appreciated. The maintenance crew deserves a huge shout-out too. They keep the park in top-notch shape from the beautifully maintained bathrooms and laundry rooms to the dog parks and overall grounds. They’re always friendly, helpful, and quick to give a wave and a smile. The amenities are top-tier the laundry room and shower facilities are some of the cleanest and most organized we’ve ever seen at an RV park. Everything is well cared for and thoughtfully maintained. But what really sets Phoenix RV Park apart is the sense of community. It’s more than just a park it’s a family. The manager and residents go above and beyond to create fun events, potlucks, and gatherings that bring everyone together. We met so many wonderful people here who have truly become lifelong friends. If you’re a full-time RVer looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming long-term stay, Phoenix RV Park is the place to be. We couldn’t recommend it more 5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This park is amazing!! Tucked away in its own utopia! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Melanie was amazing in getting our reservation set up. Super helpful with information about the RV lifestyle as we are new to this adventure. Rob was always polite and helpful. The facilities were clean and they even have a gentleman that works in the evening. He would grab our trash if he saw us walking to the dumpster. If you get a chance explore this park.
