The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Floors wet, toilet paper either out or won't come off the roll. Toilet seldom flushed. I have been stopping there for 40 years when traveling but today will be the last time.
You’d think with the renovations it would be nice now, but it’s always so dirty when we go in. The bathrooms are nasty and often low on supplies, the sinks hardly work with very low water pressure and the convenience store side is just sad, not well laid out at all. And not much variance on products. Seems like a lot of things are being cheaped out on.
Nice renos are nice but not making a womans only bathroom is a poor decision from those who should know better. As a man, I have witnessed one woman jump from bathroom to bathroom with wonder. I entered one as my turn came and was greeted with a nasty "man cannot aim" toilet seat. No wonder the women go from bathroom to bathroom in search of cleanliness. Guys - we can do better. Management - you too can step up your game. Some staff have voiced this very concern, and it has fallen on deaf ears. There is also not enough staff available to take care of the bathrooms and run the store. Lets see some changes.
I just love the new renovations to the Petroleum Canada Truck Stop & KitKit store. Fabulous accessible washrooms that are clean & up to date. Well stocked & annointed convience store. Good job.
Small gas station. Not many chip options, but there was weird candy that looked american. The man working looked mad but he ended up being nice. You could tell it’s a small place because the 2 guys who walked in seemed to know the guy at the register.
