Economically affordable plus they have laundry service! Attendant very helpful

They were quite glad to take my money, but when I found there was no water as I hooked up my camper they were unable to refund me. After several attempts to get a competant person to get my money back to me, I'm having to go through my financial institution to block the transaction. As far as I'm concerned this is fraud. They sold me a service that was not provided (utilities supposedly came with the rent). Absentee management, unskilled employees.
