The website is false advertisement. I reserved a site for 50 amp service. When I got to the site, it only had 30 amp service and I could not reach Woody, who the website states who to call for assistance, to get help and we do not have an adapter so we had to run the generator.
It is one of the best RV parks in and around Beresford, Sioux Falls area! Woody and his staff are great people!!
This campsite is clean, quiet, full hookups, and the staff is exceptional. We broke down on the road and found this site as the closest location. I booked 30amp instead of 50amp and was unable to move locations. The staff was able to help us get service by loaning us the correct adaptor. The campsite was within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants which was helpful since we were without a vehicle. We highly recommend this campground!!
Omg!! What a nice campground!!! Super easy access to the interstate!! 22mins from Sioux Falls!! Safe Safe Safe!! We never once locked our doors! Very clean and very safe community!! The staff are amazing!! Shout out to Morgan and Lynette!! Woody the owner is up on everything!! Lot rent includes your electric!! Wifi is amazing!! So so quiet and comfortable!!! No riff raff allowed in the park!! Clean restrooms and showers!! Clean laundry facilities on site!! I cannot say enough nice things about this RV Park!!! We stayed from March to mid August, unfortunately our jobs took us elsewhere! Or we would still be there for sure!!! Beresford is not only clean but extremely safe!!! They are good people and fair!!! Again I cannot say enough nice things about Windmill Campground!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I was able to!! Bravo!!
My wife and I have been here for about 3 months now and honestly this has been a fantastic campground. You can barely hear the interstate from where our camper is parked. The staff has been awesome and very quick to fix any problems. Pet friendly and no trouble makers. All the spots are gravel and the owner is fast at putting down fresh . Water pressure has been great and so has the sewer (no smells). Short drive to the store and to town. 10/10 great place to stay.
