Beautiful and historic campground on the water. Well maintained. We had our Girl Scout encampment here and will be back!
The girls enjoyed their time at the cabin. The water was an added bonus.
I've been signing my son up for this camp for the past few years. We love seeing Mr TJ he has also worked at the Y aftercare that my son attended over the years. This year camp was fun with all the trips. But there was a "Big Bully" that felt the need to constantly call my child names.I am thankful that my son was taught the apporpriate manners to conduct himself in a kind way when bullied and just walk away from any negative situations Thank God!!! My son says he mentioned this to his camp leader but I dont feel like the bully kid was ever addressed because it continued just about everyday sadly.I also emailed the camp director but she never responed to any of my emails. We will not be returning to this camp again !
It's an old girl scout camp that the Y took over. The place is nice. Staff is always welcoming and seem fun. It's in the woods so there is some shade and outside area. The big house could use some upgrades but it gets the job done
The Field trips for my son were incredible (according to him). But, he always complained about the Harsh words, and mean children that were "Bullying" him. I don't mean to sound Cliche, but he is not going to be going back.
