We recently ordered new sheet metal for our 1967 Scotty from Hemet Valley RV and had a fantastic experience! We worked with Steve, who provided 10/10 customer service—super responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The shipping was quick, and everything arrived with great care and in perfect condition. No issues at all. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone working on a vintage camper!
I have an older lance that needed 2 sections of siding, Devyn was very responsive and made sure I had the correct product . I was very impressed, and would recommend there service
I cannot express enough gratitude to Hemet RV for their outstanding service, top-notch product, and fast service! When I first set out to find siding for my vintage trailer, I was met with discouraging responses--until I discovered Hemet RV. From the moment I spoke with Devyn, I knew I was in good hands. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, treating my request as a priority. Despite the distance, our communication through emails and phone calls was always prompt, professional, and efficient. And unbelievably, everything was handled within a single week! Devyn's kindness and dedication made all the difference in my search. To make things even better, she arranged for a colleague, Richard to personally meet us for delivery after hours (due to distance)--another sign of their commitment to excellent service. He was just as wonderful to deal with, maintaining great communication throughout the process. Once I got the siding home, my installer was blown away, saying, "This is amazing--it's perfect!" The panels fit flawlessly, making me wish I had purchased more panels from Hemet RV! A huge shout out to the technician for crafting the perfect aluminum panels for my vintage travel trailer! Highly recommended--thank you again for all of your help, great product, and kindness!
I have been working with Hemet Valley on replacing some of the aluminum skin for my 1969 Shasta. Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (and patient with me 😀) He communicated well, and his quoted prices were reasonable. I liked dealing with him and if I ever need more skin for my Shasta, I will only work with Hemet Valley.
I talked with Steve about a piece of siding that I needed to replace and he helped me figure out exactly what I needed to match it. Then the shipping charges were added up and he knew it was too high for one piece. He instead told me the name of a competitor that is located in my state and had me write down exactly what to tell them so I could get what I needed. This was after spending a big chunk of time with me and not even getting my business because of the unavoidably high shipping cost. I feel kinda bad that I had to go through someone else after all his work. This is a guy that knows what he is talking about and will put the customer first. I was very impressed and thankful for his assistance. (I had read some reviews that the customer service was lacking, which made me nervous to contact them. I think his customer service was great. He isn’t bubbly, but he is an expert and very professional.) I strongly suggest going through Hemet! Thanks!
