If you are looking for a camper, look no more! Not only is their selection massive, but their knowledge on which models have exactly what you want is phenomenal! AND they were able to point out every model our truck could tow too! But the real hero is Moose! He might look like a Moose, but he fights with the banks for you to get the best interest rate like biggest baddest Moose this side of the Mississippi! This lady was more than impressed! The wife and I have contemplated getting a camper for many years now. For whatever reason we decided that we were going to do it this year but we were going to look for the camper that fits us best. Luckily we came across Forest Lake/camping world of Hugo. They had a 2016 R-Pod that was exactly what we were looking for so dealing with them over the phone was pretty amazing between Christian, Bridget, and Moose. It was seamless, and we were well informed of everything regarding our new Camper we were going to get. As for the finance part of it moose was very thorough with the paperwork and very attentive to both my wife and I while we were there at the shop. You can really tell that he likes his job and he does it very well. It was a pleasure dealing with all aspects of buying this camper. I very much appreciative of Moose, Christian, and Bridget in this regard. The people at Forest River/Camping World know their stuff and treat their customers well.

Terrible experience!!! Do not buy a camper from here or a warranty on your new campers. When you have an issue such as a hydraulic line leaking with splatter all over and they somehow cannot find where it is coming from they do not put it through warranty and charge the customer for it. The warranty should have covered the inspection charge and not the customer as I was just trying to avoid bigger issues. Also during drop off for my warranty issue someone had hit my trailer. Conveniently the camera that would have gave me clarity if it did happen at drop off or if it was prior was magically not working. After some back and forth they let me know they would not do anything for me so I now have damage to my 80k yetti and loss of funds for something I should have never had to pay for after paying all the additional for the warranty that they said covered everything during the purchase. Also the lights are falling off due to bad adhesive tape and you guessed it.. not covered under warranty. I would highly recommend staying away from this business. Do not buy your campers from this place as you will be highly disappointed like I am.

I had reached out on FB Marketplace listing with Cody Carlson. He was quick and thorough to communicate with. We ended up going in and it wasn’t what we wanted. He showed us other options based on listening to us. After looking around at other dealerships we went back based on their customer service. From negotiating with Joe, our trade in, and finance partner JP everyone was amazing to deal with! This is our second purchase with them and would definitely refer them! Out with the travel trailer and onto a destination trailer. Thanks Hugo team for making our want a need! Excited for our new adventures!
