Chateau Shasta Mobile Home And RV Park

We started our stay here in May and we left today. The park is a mix of full timers and vacationers. The park is well maintained and quiet. We were able to observe the building of a nice dog park. Corey has been a great property manager and provided us with professional and friendly support. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mt. Shasta.

!!ZERO STARS!! !!!!!!DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Attendant, Cory, was a nice guy and easy to get along with. However, hard to get ahold of. After a 20 mile heads-up that I was on my way (as requested) and then another 20 spent waiting for him to arrive after I did, I finally parked myself but eventually had to move because the power hookup had electrical items missing, same in another spot. The men's room has two toilets, neither of them are working (only one of the two in the womans bathroom is servicable). The lone faucet in the mens room has a steady stream of hot-water pouring from it (wont shut-off) and the p-trap of the drain leaks all the water onto the floor. But at least they put out a "Caution, Wet Floor" sign. (Photos and video to support these comments) A disgusting place that I encourage you to avoid!!!

Shasta Horizon be and mobile home park is located near the lake with many hiking trails. The park is kept up and clean of trash. Priscilla is the maintenance staff onsite who is friendly and responsive to many issues. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve been calling this lovely park my home for a few years now, and I’m super grateful for this place. The park is well maintained and very clean and the management are doing such a great job keeping pleasant, neat and tidy. In the past year they repaved all the roads and completely remodeled the laundry room which is now brand new. Great job!!! Thank you and God bless 🙏🏻🧡

A most wonderful place. I’ve stayed here last year and will definitely come back soon. The place it very clean, serene and the managers, Corey and his wife Priscilla always want to help. A great hidden gem in Mt Shasta! Very grateful 🙏🏻🧡
