Fantastic place to stay with your family in Tadoussac! We had a cottage with two bedrooms, full kitchen and bathroom, fireplace inside and fire pit outside, and stayed for 2 nights. The cottages were a great set-up and had lots of room for our family. We did not use the kitchen, but it was fully equipped. When we checked in the cottage was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was great. Bedding and towels were included. The site looked fully booked and yet it was very quiet at all times. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. There is a code to enter the site as well as a code on the door so it felt very secure. It was only a 2 minute drive from "downtown" Tadoussac. Also a quick drive to the sand dunes. I would definitely recommend this site for families looking to stay in Tadoussac for more than 1 night.
Reservations are fully booked many days in advance, so schedule your camping trip a few weeks before if possible I was able to find a single overnight tent site about a week before our trip, so in peak season, you need to plan soon. 2$ for 6 minutes of shower no laundry water electricity on camp site wifi available 2km from the beach, so take advantage of that about 50$ for an overnight tent site
They accomodated our late arrival via email, which is amazing! The bad part is that tents are very close to each other (like SUPER close)
We camped her for 5 days 4 nights on lot 133. There sure was a bit smaller than we originally imagined but once we had everything set up it was just right. There lot was a little uneven which made finding a comfortable set next to the fire a little difficult, but honestly we were camping so it was fine. The location is great, we did all the attractions in Tadoussac and it was very simple to get around. The services were great, clean outhouses and bathroom/shower buildings. Had Hocking trails and sitting areas. They have options for everyone. Space for trailers, tents or if you want to rent, they have cabins, yerts, TP and a dome style camping with one of three most stunning views over seen. Definitely worth coming here if you are visiting the area and want to camp or just stay one night.
We would definitely visit again! We had a campsite, fairly private, best fire pit with a selection of grills. While we didn’t stay in a cabin, they were quite cute. Bathroom facilities were clean, no details spared. Away from the village, yet still close. Staff was friendly, spoke English with us, and patient when we tried in French, without the eye rolls - very much appreciated!
