Oak Grove Tiny Home And RV Community

Our experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. We paid our deposit on November 1st, moved in on November 22nd, and paid both our rent and electric deposit in full. We lived there until August 6th and left our spot exactly as we found it. We even returned our mailbox key on August 6th by leaving it in the box. Weeks later, without any warning, $440.80 was stolen from our account. When I contacted the owner, Travis, he openly admitted that he had kept our card information on file without our knowledge or permission and charged it. He also admitted we never signed any paperwork authorizing him to do this. Despite this, he refuses to refund the money or let us pay any alleged balance ourselves. The “charges” he made up were absolutely ridiculous—claiming we didn’t return the mailbox key (a flat-out lie), adding late fees and service fees, and more nonsense. This was nothing more than theft. We are a family traveling with a disabled three-year-old, just trying to get by, and this business thought it was okay to steal from us. To make matters worse, this is the same park that let the water get shut off on residents while we were staying there, proving they are mismanaging funds. This was fraud, plain and simple. Travis himself admitted he had no authorization for the charge and yet he kept our money anyway. ⚠️ Do not trust these people with your money, your information, or your home. Oak Grove Tiny Home Community & RV Park is dishonest, broke, and will take advantage of you if given the chance.

Great spot to stop in. There is ample space so you don't feel crammed in with other sites. Nicely kept. It is around open fields so be wary of leaving something like an awning out the wind might rip it off. No complaints to be had here.

Great place to live! I enjoyed every minute i was there!! Will recommend to anyone that ask.

It's a wonderful place to live. And that's why I will call it my new home very soon. We really love it here.
