I previously gave this place 5 stars as we have stayed there many winters on and off. New management has run this place to the ground. The docks are all trashed and unsafe. The boat ramp has a huge hole in it. The facilities are run down or closed most of the time. Hurricane damage can only be used as an excuse for so many years. The front desk management is rude and entitled. If you ever wanted to see how to destroy a business, this is the place to look at. I found a 3br house with pool less then 5 miles away cheaper then they wanted for their rental camper. When I asked for pictures of the interior of the camper, I was told no. Thats what led me to look for the house

It's a very nice quiet place with not much going on but that's what we like about it so much. Bring your boat they have docks you can also fish off the docks or just sit and talk with the locals
