A wonderful experience. We spent the morning in the indoor pool surrounded by lovely plants and refreshing humidity. We even purchased a little ivy plant as well 💚 It was a bit crowded as it was sunday after all, but there was plenty of room for everyone and it was a pleasant time. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. My favorite part was after the main pool we booked an hour in a private outdoor tub and it was the perfect contrast as it had just snowed recently and we had a nice backdrop of trees and rocks still snowy but the tub itself was the perfect temperature and very soothing on our muscles. 10/10 we will be back. Love this place!

Came here for my husband and I’s first wedding anniversary trip. It’s was lovely, very relaxing and so much to do! We did a lot of research on pricing and traffic before going out there and you should absolutely do the same. Going on a weekend vs a weekday is a HUGE difference. We rented a private pool on Sunday and it was absolutely slammed in the shared spaces, but when we went to the shared spaces on Monday it was very manageable. We also only spent $160 for the two of us on Monday for the mineral pool, club mud AND caves, and if you go on a weekday you are not limited to only one hour in each, you can come and go as you please. I think it’s a good deal! The building is definitely old and in need of some renovations, but all things considered, with some of the infrastructure being from the 1800s that makes sense! All this to say, do your research, plan ahead for that I70 traffic and keep in mind its HISTORIC so it may be a little rough around the edges but it gets the job done- RELAXING

The actual pool area was beautiful and the water was amazing. Staff was nice and friendly. The women’s locker rooms were incredibly frustrating. There was no baby changing table and not even one on the same floor with the pool. The dressing room was crowded and small. But the part that was the worst? Absolutely zero privacy in the showers. They have half of a glass door that you can see right through and they provide no curtains. The fact that they are making $30 a person, but refuse to shell out $3 a piece on basic shower curtains to afford dignity and privacy to their guests is outrageous. Me and three other women were awkwardly crouched in corners trying to cover our bodies as we dressed, because there was no available space for us to dress with privacy. Will not spend the money here again unless basic privacy is offered for the high price point.

I’ve been spending time here for over 15 years, and we recently bought a home just down the street, so I’m here often. First, I want to say I truly love the changes the new owners are making — the updates have been such a welcome improvement, and it’s great to see fresh energy in the space. That said, I’ve had repeated experiences that make it clear there’s a disconnect when it comes to locals. Today I was asked to prove residency for a local discount. My ID happened to expire today (it’s my birthday), so I showed my mortgage documents to confirm I live right down the street. I’m also visibly pregnant and a long-time community member. Still, the staff member told me he didn’t believe I lived here and denied the discount. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt like locals are treated with skepticism while out-of-town visitors are more readily accommodated. I do appreciate that a local discount now exists — last year there wasn’t one at all — but the verification process feels inconsistent and, frankly, uncomfortable for those of us who actually live here. I’ve also noticed that many locals have applied for jobs here, yet there seems to be frequent turnover with staff commuting in from surrounding areas. From the outside, it gives the impression that local residents aren’t being prioritized in hiring or in customer experience, which is hard in a small community. We’re local business owners who actively support and recommend this place, and we want to keep doing that. I just hope there can be clearer, more respectful systems in place — both for verifying local residents and for investing in the community — so situations like this don’t continue to happen.

I went here for a massage and enjoyed the pool while I was there. The pool was beautiful and surrounded by lots of plants (you can buy some of them!) The ambiance of the pool was perfect for a relaxing day away from the real world. The customer service was incredible and the employees made sure we always had fresh dry towels throughout the experience. Autumn and Stella did our massages and they were both incredible! I highly recommend getting a massage and taking advantage of the included hot springs pool.
