Hello! 😊 We've been camping here for 5 years and we love the peace and quiet. Mrs. Claude is super nice… In the bathroom, I feel like I'm 7 years old and at summer camp 😜… very cool place! For food, the L'Ami grocery store in St-Vallier is perfect!!!
A very small, uncrowded campground, making it very peaceful. This is in contrast to the two other nearby campgrounds, which are overcrowded and cater almost exclusively to seasonal campers. However, like most campgrounds in the surrounding area, it's located close to Highway 132, a busy road, so you can hear the traffic, but it's not too loud. The site was very clean when I was there. The bathroom and shower were spotless, and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. There were no extra charges for showering. The sites aren't located on the waterfront, but there's a small path leading to the water. I didn't have time to explore it as I was only there for one night in my tent. The owner might seem a little reserved at first, but he became very friendly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
A small campground but very neat and well kept. The owner spoke English and very friendly. Definitely will return here whenever in the area or passing through.
Late arrival. Owner was nice and spoke English for my husband who doesn't speak French. Helped us park trailer in spot. Reasonable price for full hookups. Beautiful walk to water.
Small quite campground in a nice area of QC. I lost my wallet and the owner lent me enough money to return to Ontario. I was alone. We are heading back soon.
