Paramount RV And Trailer Park

This place is perfect for someone looking for long term spot in the city on the bus routes. It's a great location, especially if you want to be right in town and close to absolutely everything! The manager is fantastic and the neighborhood is great! They have a laundry and mailbox area but no bathrooms. Dogs are welcome which is important to me and a lot of people.

I live here and my neighbors are friendly and management is helpful,friendly ,plus the camera security is excellent.

Poor management. I had to call to even get information back what so ever , made me feel and believe I was gonna get accepted told me she’d call me back the next day never did I had to call around 4:30 . My personal references were on the paper which she voluntarily tried telling us these people we knew who are also living there at the moment were our reference , I had explained to her someone we knew had also lived there so made us think this would be a good place to go . My personal references were on my application as said at the top . Which were not the people on the trailer park. As I go to explain this to the lady she RUDELY hung up the phone after trying to tell u it’s not what’s on paper . Highly disgusted, very low degrading to hung up to not even fully actually have a mature conversation from this lady . I really hope they find someone better to run that park

Eddie the manager was absolutely FANTASTIC! We had several mishaps & couldn't get there when we planned but Eddie was very gracious. The park is clean & quiet. The laundry facilities are open but the showers/ bathrooms are under remodel. All hookups worked great! No internet but that was ok too. We would stay there again.

I stayed here for a 3 month duration while i was at lineman college. Eddie was a good manager he was always working keeping park clean and improving things. Had a clogged sewer line and he had someone out asap to fix. Park is quiet and located close to shopping. Overall good experience would recommend .
