Spardell Mobile Home Park

Terrible place. Working home support and a client I visit had no hot water. A common problem she told me. Park is not well maintained.

Nice place. Seems secure, and lots of kids. Some roads could use work

Poorly maintained. Pot holes been there for years and years. Ploughing/sanding of roads very poor. Water quality - on boil water for 7 years. Playground very sad condition. Septic tanks not maintained.

Was just visiting for a week. A mixture of properties that showed pride of ownership as well as dumps. Roads poorly maintained. Located right below mine sight and coal dust.

Not all road are paved, potholes in some different area that goes big and never fixed.
