Beautiful views! First time camping hear and so far it's great.
Beautiful spot camped the night. It was dark at night. Loads of campsites reserved for the night and most stayed empty all night. Plus no way to pay on site had to get reservations on line and instead of paying 23 for spot was over 30 for online fees.
First time here and only stopped by for a few minutes while out on a motorcycle ride. Looks like a great place and has beach access. Will be back again!
Absolutely loved our stay at Camano Island State Park camping area! The spacious sites were perfect for our tent, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere with respectful campers all around. The toilets were spotlessly clean, and the heated showers were a nice touch. The rangers were incredibly friendly and helpful. With plenty of trails and beach access nearby, there was never a dull moment. Plus, the on-site garbage disposal made cleanup a breeze. Just a heads up to fellow campers, we encountered a situation where someone who seemed high on drugs was in the women’s bathroom at 3am, so stay cautious. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can't wait to return!
Great place to take a hike. It takes a while to get to know all the good parks, but once you do. Then you can spend many happy hours walking through the woods. Are along the sure am . The main road gets a bit busy at times and the housing can be expensave. But you can visit as A-day trip from the Seattle area. Or if you can find a nice place to stay. It can be a very relaxing 3 or 4 days in the country.
