Went and did a Doordash order yesterday to the front office and I was impressed with my the overall appearance.
Great community! They have a lot of activities! ...from pickleball to water aerobics.
We stayed here for 5 days in late April. It was hot with no shade. The sites are gravel with a concrete isle for your lawn chairs. The highway traffic creates a lot of noise. I stayed here with a 40’ RV and pulling a 20’ trailer.
Very bad experience with this rv park. We had a medical situation arise with our only child diagnosed with cancer. We went to the office to see if something could be done about returning some of our money. The office girl Cathy seemed concerned but the office manager would not even acknowledge our problem or even talk to us about it. When we vacated the park the office girl wished the best for us and again the office manager didn't say a word. No thank you, nothing even though we lost our years rent. As far as I'm concerned this manager is very unapologetic and could care less about people and their problems. Will never go back there and will never recommend it to anyone. People there is RV parks in Yuma that appreciate your business. I wished we would have looked at them more closely. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.
We camped in this snowbird park off season. Hence, the park was nearly empty and very quiet. The park itself caters to semi-permanently installed modular homes and fifth wheels, but there is an unexciting transient area of pull through sites near the entry that is basically gravel, no landscaping, but level. Fine for an overnight, without unhooking a tow. Basic amenities of water and 50 amp electric worked fine. Did not connect to sewer or wifi. Overall, the park was clean and free of any trash. The sites are very exposed to the summer sun, so working AC is a must. A small dog run near the entrance is adequate. The pool/spa area appeared clean and maintained.
